This statue of the Maternal Immaculate Heart of Mary together with hundreds of precious images of the Blessed Mother are now being assembled in the Queen of the World Centre at Fatima Castle in Portugal. The Center will feature statuary; paintings, relics and other fine art dedicated to Mary and her many titles around the world. You can request that your name be placed in the heart of this life sized statue of Mary which has a recess beneath the heart and which will hold names of anyone wishing to be placed under her protection.

All you need to do is submit your name with the intention of making an Act of Consecration to Mary. Many masses and prayers will be offered for the intentions of those whose names are placed in Mary's Heart.

My Birthday Gift to Jesus
through Mary 

Blessed Mother Most Holy, in celebration of the Great Jubilee of the 2000th Birthday of Jesus, your Son, I come to consecrate myself to your Immaculate Heart.

I desire to live the Gospel of Life and abandon myself to the will of Jesus, and to walk in faith with you, my Mother. I will follow the commands of God, to love my neighbor and share with the poor and needy.

I promise to pray the family Rosary, to make reparation to God by confessing my sins and receiving Communion of five First Saturdays.

Take my heart, dearest Mother, consecrate it as your own. Present it to Jesus with my pledge as my birthday offering to Him, for the triumph of your Immaculate Heart, that peace may come to our country and to the world.

I am totally yours. Take my life and all that I possess and aspire for, that everything I do may be for the Glory of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Pray for me that I fulfill my pledge and live my consecration.

Our Lady's Requests

Her basic request is that we affirm our determination to turn away from evil by an act of consecration to Her.

Her next request is that we make each act of our day holy by saying: "O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and for the conversion of sinners." To help sanctify our daily actions, She offers the Scapular (sign of Her presence and protection) and She asks us to pray the Rosary. The Scapular is a quasi-liturgical act of consecration to the Immaculate Heart. The Rosary is not an option. It is a "must."

Finally She asks, in Reparation to Her Immaculate Heart, that on five consecutive First Saturdays, we receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession), receive Communion, say the Rosary, and spend fifteen minutes meditating on its mysteries.
